Outpatient Treatment

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Not everyone requiring mental health services needs an inpatient setting. South Texas Health System Behavioral offers an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to adults 18 and over who have been experiencing ongoing symptoms of depression, anxiety or other emotional problems that significantly impact their ability to carry out their usual day to day activities.

School-Based Counseling Program

Our school-based counseling program can help students process events, develop interpersonal strengths and identify positive coping methods. Using personalized counseling, this on-campus treatment program is available in participating school districts.
